When you use NoctoDesk or submit a contact form on our website, we may collect: your name, email address, business name, phone number, and any message content you provide. When end-users interact with a NoctoDesk-powered chat widget on a client's website, we process conversation content, reservation details (name, date, party size, contact info), and technical data (browser type, language preference).
We use collected information to: (a) provide and improve the NoctoDesk AI assistant service, (b) process reservations and booking requests, (c) send you service-related communications, (d) generate analytics and performance reports for our clients, and (e) respond to your inquiries submitted via our contact form.
We share end-user conversation and booking data with the business (our client) whose chat widget was used. We do not sell personal information to third parties. We use trusted service providers (hosting, email delivery, AI processing) who process data on our behalf under strict confidentiality agreements.
Conversation data is retained for as long as the client's account is active, plus 30 days after termination. Contact form submissions are retained for 24 months. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us.
We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (TLS/SSL), secure cloud hosting, and access controls. While no system is 100% secure, we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
